1.Construction instructions for turf adhesion
1.1 Before bonding, ensure the cleanliness and dryness of the turf bottom and interface cloth. The surfaces must be completely free of moisture.
1.2 Choose an ambient temperature above 5°C for construction. Avoid rainy or humid conditions to prevent extended bonding times or non-adhesion.
2. The specific construction process:
2.1 Glue Application: Apply glue evenly using a glue applicator to prevent bubbles or detachment. Control the glue thickness on the bottom cloth, and ensure an appropriate speed for application. Both bonding surfaces should be coated simultaneously.
2.2 Viscosity: Adjust drying time based on temperature, humidity, and air pressure. Typically, after 10 to 30 minutes, glue is 80-90% dry and no longer sticky to the touch. Align precisely during bonding without repositioning.
2.3 Pressure: Post-bonding, clear debris and use a rubber hammer to press firmly from the bonded area outward, ensuring full contact for a durable bond.
2.4 Curing: Standard curing time is three days to reach initial strength, with full strength in ten days. Avoid exposure, water, or movement for optimal adhesion.
2.5 Avoid bonding quartz sand and rubber particles post-adhesion.
