1.Construction instructions for turf adhesion
1.1 It is essential to ensure the turf base and interface cloth are thoroughly cleaned, remaining dry and free of any moisture. This preparation is pivotal for optimal bonding.
1.2 The ideal ambient temperature for installation should exceed 5°C. Avoid conducting construction activities during rainy or damp conditions to prevent prolonged bonding times or ineffective adhesion.

2. The specific construction process:
2.1 Glue Application: Apply glue uniformly with a glue applicator to avoid bubbling or detachment. Ensure even glue thickness on the base cloth, maintaining consistent application speed, and apply glue on both surfaces to be bonded.
2.2 Viscosity Control: Adjust drying time in response to temperature, humidity, and air pressure. Typically, allow 10 to 30 minutes until the glue achieves 80-90% dryness and is non-tacky to touch. Achieve precise alignment upon bonding, avoiding repositioning after contact.
2.3 Pressure Application: Once bonded, clear any debris and apply pressure using a specialized rubber hammer from the bonding point outward, ensuring complete contact and robust adhesion.
2.4 Curing Process: Standard curing spans three days, with full strength achieved in ten days. During this phase, shield the surface from exposure, water, and movement to preserve adhesive quality.
2.5 Note: Do not apply quartz sand or rubber particles until the bonding process is complete.
