2. Detailed Construction Process:
2.1 Glue Application: Utilize the glue applicator for a consistent coating thickness. Avoid multiple applications as this may cause bubbling or detachment. The bottom cloth should be coated with precision, maintaining a balanced speed to ensure even glue distribution on both bonding surfaces.
2.2 Viscosity Management: Consider temperature, humidity, and air pressure to control drying time effectively. Typically, 10 to 30 minutes after application, the glue reaches optimal dryness, becoming non-tacky to the touch. Ensure a precise alignment during bonding as repositioning is not recommended.
