1.Construction instructions for turf adhesion
1.1 Begin by meticulously cleaning the turf base and the interface cloth that requires bonding. Ensure that the surfaces are pristine, dry, and devoid of any moisture to guarantee a seamless adhesion.
1.2 Select an ambient temperature above 5°C for optimal construction conditions. Avoid undertaking any bonding activities during rainy or mildew-inducing weather, as these conditions can significantly prolong bonding time or even prevent adhesion entirely.
 

2. The specific construction process:
2.1 Glue Application: Employ a glue applicator to achieve a uniformly thick coating layer. Refrain from multiple applications as this can result in unsightly bubbling or even the detachment of the turf. For the bottom cloth, utilize the glue applicator with precision, strictly regulating the glue thickness. Maintain an optimal speed during application, ensuring both bonded surfaces are evenly coated.
2.2 Viscosity Management: Adapt the drying time in response to the ambient conditions such as temperature, humidity, and air pressure. Typically, allow 10 to 30 minutes post application for the glue to reach an optimal state, where it is 80-90% dry and non-tacky to touch. Align the surfaces perfectly on the first attempt as repositioning is not permissible once bonded.
2.3 Pressure Application: Post-bonding, clear any debris from the surface. Use a specialized rubber hammer, beginning from the bond point outwards, to ensure a comprehensive contact and a strong, enduring bond.
2.4 Curing Process: The curing period generally spans three days, with full adhesive strength reached in approximately ten days. During this phase, it is crucial to prevent exposure to adverse elements such as excessive sunlight, water, or physical displacement to achieve optimal adhesion.
