1.Construction instructions for turf adhesion
1.1 Ensure the utmost cleanliness and dryness of the turf bottom and interface cloth before bonding. The surfaces must be devoid of moisture for optimal adhesion.
1.2 Conduct construction only in ambient temperatures exceeding 5°C. Avoid rainy or humid conditions to prevent prolonged bonding times or non-stick occurrences.

2. The precise construction process involves:
2.1 Glue Application: Utilize a glue applicator for a uniformly thick coating. Avoid multiple applications to prevent bubbling or detachment. Apply glue carefully, ensuring even distribution on both surfaces for bonding.
2.2 Viscosity Control: Adjust the drying time based on temperature, humidity, and air pressure. Typically, after 10 to 30 minutes, the glue achieves optimal tackiness without stickiness. Align and bond in one go without repositioning.
2.3 Pressure Application: Post-bonding, clear debris and use a rubber hammer to press from the bonding point outward, ensuring full surface contact and firm adhesion.
2.4 Curing Process: Allow three days for initial curing, with full strength achieved in ten days. During this period, protect the surface from exposure, water, and movement for optimal adhesion.
2.5 Avoid the addition of quartz sand and rubber particles post-bonding to maintain the integrity of the bond.
