2.1. Glue Application: Use a glue applicator to achieve a uniformly thick coating. Avoid reapplying glue to prevent bubbling or detachment. Apply glue on both bonding surfaces with precision, managing the glue's thickness and speed meticulously.
2.2. Viscosity Management: Consider temperature, humidity, and air pressure to manage drying time effectively. Typically, after 10-30 minutes, the glue is ready, becoming non-tacky to the touch. Ensure perfect alignment during bonding as repositioning is not advisable.
2.3 Pressure Application: Post-bonding, clear surface debris and use a specialized rubber hammer to firmly press the surfaces together, ensuring comprehensive contact and enhanced adherence.
2.4 Curing Process: Curing generally takes three days, achieving full strength in ten days. Protect from exposure, moisture, and disturbance during this period to ensure optimal adhesion.
