1.2 Select an ambient temperature exceeding 5°C for the construction process. Avoid rainy or mildew-prone weather as such conditions may prolong bonding time or cause adhesion failure.
2. The specific construction process:
2.1 Glue Application: Utilize the glue applicator to achieve a uniformly thick coat on the surface. Avoid repeated applications to prevent bubbling or detachment. The base cloth also requires careful thickness control. Apply glue to both surfaces designated for bonding, maintaining an appropriate application speed.
2.2 Viscosity Control: Adjust for temperature, humidity, and air pressure to determine the optimal drying time. Typically, allow 10 to 30 minutes post-gelatinization, achieving near full drying with a non-sticky touch. Align precisely during bonding, as repositioning is not permissible after initial contact.
2.3 Pressure Application: Post-bonding, clear any surface debris, and employ a specialized rubber hammer to firmly press from the bonding point outward, ensuring full surface contact and enhanced adhesion strength.
2.4 Curing Process: The standard curing period spans three days, reaching full strength in approximately ten days. During this phase, prevent exposure, flooding, or movement to attain the supreme adhesion quality.
2.5 Post-Bonding Care: Refrain from applying quartz sand and rubber particles once the bonding is complete.
