1.Construction instructions for turf adhesion
1.1 Begin by meticulously cleaning the turf base and interface cloth to be adhered, ensuring the surface is spotless, dry, and free from any moisture.
1.2 Construction should take place when ambient temperatures are above 5°C, avoiding rainy or mildew-prone weather to prevent extended drying times or adhesion issues.

2. The specific construction process:
2.1. Glue Application: Utilize a glue applicator to evenly distribute the adhesive, avoiding repeated applications to prevent bubbling or detachment. Ensure the bottom cloth is evenly coated, managing glue thickness and application speed, applying on both bonding surfaces.
2.2. Viscosity: Adjust drying time based on temperature, humidity, and air pressure. Typically, 10 to 30 minutes post-gelatinization, the adhesive becomes touch-dry. Upon bonding, precisely align once, avoiding any repositioning.
2.3 Pressure: Following adhesion, clear debris, and use a specialized rubber hammer to firmly press from the bonding line outward, ensuring comprehensive surface contact and a strong bond.
2.4 Curing: The standard curing period is three days, reaching full strength in ten days. During this time, avoid exposure to harsh conditions, flooding, or movement to achieve optimal adhesion.
2.5. After bonding, refrain from applying quartz sand and rubber particles immediately.
