1.2 Select an ambient temperature exceeding 5 degrees. Refrain from construction during rainy or damp conditions as this can prolong bonding time or lead to bonding failure.
2. Detailed Construction Process:
2.1. Glue Application: Utilize a glue applicator to maintain a consistent coating thickness on the surface. Avoid multiple applications to prevent bubbling and peeling. Apply glue uniformly to both bonding surfaces, paying attention to speed and thickness.
2.2. Achieving Optimal Viscosity: Adapt to current temperature, humidity, and air pressure to regulate drying time effectively. Generally, after 10 to 30 minutes, the glue should be mostly dry and non-sticky to touch. Align adhesive correctly in one go without repositioning.
2.3. Applying Pressure: Post bonding, clear surface debris. Use a special rubber hammer starting from the bonded area outward to ensure full contact and a firm bond.
2.4. Curing Process: Typically, curing occurs over three days with full bonding strength in ten days. During this period, avoid exposure, flooding, or moving the turf to achieve optimal adhesion.
2.5. Refrain from adding quartz sand and rubber particles immediately after bonding.
