2. The Specific Construction Process:
2.1 Glue Application: Use a glue applicator to achieve an even layer across the surface. Avoid multiple applications to prevent bubbling and detachment. Control the glue thickness on the base cloth and maintain a steady application speed across both surfaces.
2.2 Viscosity Management: Adjust for temperature, humidity, and air pressure variations to set appropriate drying times. Typically, allow 10 to 30 minutes for gelation, reaching an optimal tackiness. Ensure precise initial alignment during adhesion to avoid repositioning.
2.3 Pressure Application: Post-bonding, clear debris and use a specialized rubber hammer to compress from the adhesion point outward, ensuring robust contact and enhanced bonding.
2.4 Curing Process: Typically spans three days, with peak adhesion strength reached in ten days. During this phase, protect against exposure, water damage, and movement to achieve optimal results.
2.5 Avoid introducing quartz sand and rubber particles post-bonding to preserve integrity.
