1.2 Choose an ambient temperature above 5°C to ensure optimal adhesion. Avoid installations during rainy or damp weather to prevent extended bonding times or adhesion issues.
2. The Specific Construction Process:
2.1 Glue: Use a glue applicator to achieve a uniform thickness, avoiding multiple applications that might cause bubbling or detachment. Control both the glue thickness and application speed on bonding surfaces to ensure perfect adhesion.
2.2 Viscosity: Tailor the drying time according to temperature, humidity, and air pressure. Allow 10-30 minutes for initial gelatinization. Make sure glue is 80-90% dry with a non-tacky feel before aligning and bonding. Repositioning is not allowed once aligned to maintain bond integrity.
2.3 Pressure: After bonding, clear any debris and utilize a special rubber hammer to evenly compact from the center outwards, ensuring a robust and comprehensive bond throughout.
